wa365 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the wa365 website accessible at wa365.lat, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and associated gaming products made available to registered members.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has completed the wa365 registration process and has been issued an active account.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Member, through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications with wa365 are conducted.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of confirmed deposits and credited winnings less confirmed withdrawals, pending wagers, and any applicable fees shown within a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Member subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process wa365 applies to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residency in accordance with internationally recognised due-diligence standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law. Members are solely responsible for verifying the legality of using wa365 in their jurisdiction.

Access to and use of the wa365 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. wa365 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and at all times. Registering on behalf of a minor, or knowingly permitting a minor to use your account, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a wa365 employee, unless prior written consent has been granted by wa365 management.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the wa365 platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. wa365 does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in every territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of wa365 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold precisely one (1) registered account on the wa365 platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, usernames, devices, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. wa365 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all wagers and transactions associated with them. Any Bonus Funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your wa365 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet Balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. wa365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify wa365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

wa365 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or where required by our internal compliance procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address dated within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in temporary account suspension until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

3.5 Account Currency

All wa365 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR. wa365 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Member and their payment provider.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wa365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels are subject to change; the current list is displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Maximum transaction limits per method are displayed within the cashier at the time of the transaction and may be adjusted by wa365 at its discretion without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. wa365 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which wa365 accepts no liability.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification are processed within a target turnaround of five (5) minutes. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC. wa365 reserves the right to extend the processing period to up to three (3) business days where additional compliance checks are required. wa365 does not charge withdrawal fees; bank transfer charges imposed by the receiving financial institution are the Member's responsibility.

4.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your wa365 account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. wa365 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds at any time. Deposits suspected of originating from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate sources will be frozen pending investigation, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

wa365 operates an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original method is no longer available, wa365 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to an alternative channel.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by wa365 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sportsbook wagers), and expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page. Bonus Funds that remain unplayed at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wa365 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating wager patterns with other Members. Where bonus abuse is detected, wa365 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are open to eligible Members only. wa365 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its discretion, including where the Member has a history of bonus abuse, has not satisfied minimum account activity requirements, or where the promotion is geographically restricted. wa365 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

The wa365 welcome bonus is available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit only. It is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on multiple accounts will be treated as duplicate account activity and result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook wagers — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. wa365 reserves the right to void wagers placed on events affected by manifest errors in odds pricing, technical failures, or data-feed discrepancies. Voided wagers are returned to the Member's Wallet Balance in full.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play wagers are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. wa365 may suspend in-play betting at any point during an event at its discretion, including for data latency, significant event occurrences (goals, red cards, injuries), or technical reasons. wa365 accepts no liability for wagers placed based on information that has not yet been reflected in the live odds feed.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games — including live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and stakes returned. wa365 casino games are certified by independent auditors for return-to-player (RTP) accuracy and random-number-generator (RNG) fairness.

6.4 Togel

Results for all togel draws — including Singapore (SGP) and Hongkong (HKG) pools — are determined by the official draw results published by the respective lottery organisers. wa365 is not affiliated with any official lottery body. Discrepancies between wa365's published results and the official source will be resolved in favour of the official source.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

wa365 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap across all products. Current payout caps are displayed within the relevant product section of the platform. wa365 reserves the right to reduce or withhold payment of winnings that exceed the stated cap, with the excess amount forfeited.

wa365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. The following tools are available to all registered Members free of charge via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled, bonus communications will cease, and you will be unable to register a new account on the platform.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic in-session notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and total amount wagered during your current session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wa365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other Members or over the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or arbitrage betting intended to circumvent the integrity of odds or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to wa365 support immediately.
• Using the wa365 platform for any money-laundering activity or for processing the proceeds of any criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographical location, particularly where such access is intended to circumvent jurisdiction-based restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward wa365 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Members' accounts or to any back-end system operated by wa365.

All content on the wa365 platform — including but not limited to the wa365 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, databases, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wa365 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; use wa365's trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any platform content.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by wa365. Unauthorised use of wa365 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal prosecution.

wa365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your membership — including identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction records, and gameplay data — is processed for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. wa365 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa365's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wa365 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if wa365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond wa365's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party data-feed outages, or force-majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of any third-party information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to live sports data, match statistics, or togel draw results sourced from external providers.
• Losses resulting from a Member's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.

Nothing in this clause shall limit wa365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by wa365's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your wa365 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be resolved; unrealised Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by wa365

wa365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Member has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• wa365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• A Member fails to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose wa365 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• A Member has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to re-register.

In cases of termination for cause, wa365 reserves the right to withhold any Wallet Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the Wallet Balance may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wa365 is incorporated and licensed to operate. wa365 operates under internationally recognised gaming standards and maintains compliance with applicable international anti-money-laundering and responsible-gaming frameworks.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through wa365's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. wa365 acknowledges that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia; Members are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

wa365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the wa365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and return of any eligible Wallet Balance.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent substantive revision was made. We recommend that Members review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
